Elizabeth Stahl B.A., N.H.C. is the founder of Girls of Power Life Coaching and Mentoring for girls ages 12 and over. She is also the creator of The Girls of Power Party, The Goddess Party and Star of Aprhodite Life Coaching for Men and Women

Elizabeth has 17 years of experience as a Natural Health Consultant (NHC), Mind/Body Therapist and Teacher of Women's Wellness. Elizabeth combines her skills as a Natural Health Consultant with her Life Coaching and Mentoring practices.
Elizabeth's beautiful and powerful Girl's of Power work supports Girls and Women in their growth, in setting their goals, in building self-esteem and in helping them step forward as the women they want to be.
